Tonight we tried a recipe from the Dr Oz  show.   Energy-Boosting Stuffed Bell Peppers .

Today at our Library we had an Indian Diner with fresh spices demo.   It was yummy.  We sampled
Cumin Flavored Quinoa
Paneer Stir Fry with Bell Peppers
Coconut Stew
and Cucumber Raita Salad.
She toned down the spices just in case it was too spicy for some.

We had a pot luck at work today.  Lots of goodies.

Tank got a new toy.  It took him a few minutes longer to destroy it because lots and lots of stuffing came out it was harder for him to find the squeaky.

I stopped to get gas today.  When I got back in my car I noticed the millage.  I bought this car 2 years ago next month.

Today I met Monica on her way to Olympia. We went to a few stores and just hung out. It was fun to see her again had a great time.

Sabrina and I  did our Saturday thing running errands.     She posed for the photo.  I tried to sneak that quarter into the machine to make it go but she just wasn't having it.  Thats where she drew the line.

Curtis was in town so Chrystle cooked dinner tonight.

After putting the Amaryllis in blue food coloring last week this is what it looked like.    I thought the flower would pick up more of the blue color than it did.

We put it in blue water to see it the flower would change colors.
